Application

To apply for the First African School on Atmospheric Sciences (ASAS2022), please follow these instructions:

  • Who can apply for ASAS2022:
    • You must be from Africa and/or have interest in a career in the African Continent. There will be room to a limited number of non-African.
    • Young researchers, personnel and technicians in environmental (air quality) government agencies, postdoc, and graduate and advanced undergraduate (≥4th year + doing research) students are welcome to apply,
  • Application requirements:
    • Abstract on your research/interest relevant to ASAS2022 topics. The abstract has a limit.((maximum length 2 pages)
    • CV
    • Letter of Intent
    • The name and email address of someone that will be requested to submit a letter of recommendation on your behalf.
  • Support:
    • Travel support will be provided to the participants from African countries. Because of budget limitation, No travel support will be provided to non-African participants.
    • Lodging and meals will be provided to all participants.
    • The registration fee for the non-African participants will be in the range 400 - 500 € (maximum amount requested depending on the final secured funding for the school):
